Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 439(2)–Cancellation of bail–Application for–Earlier, two applications were dismissed by this Court with the liberty of filing the fresh application after recording the statements of witnesses–Respondent obtained the bail from the trial Court by concealing this fact–Plea that the complainant did to bring this fact on the record even he was having the knowledge, cannot be accepted as he was not the party in the second bail application–Bail deserves to be cancelled.
