Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 420, 447, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B–FIR for the offence–Sustain-ability–Allegation of sale of land without authority–Petitioners are the purchasers of the land–Land was jointly owned by the father and uncle of complainant–Uncle sold it and the possession was also handed over to purchasers–Thereafter, the suit for partition was filed and it was mentioned in the suit that the land has been sold–FIR after the lapse of 35 years without any genuine explanation–Explanation up to effect that the complainant came to the notice of sale in the year 2018 is found falsified form the averments made in partition suit–Complainant is clearly a misadventure on part of complainant–FIR is liable to be quashed.
