Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 307& 393–Conviction–Reduction of sentence–Case of theft with attempt of murder–Appellants do not deserve much sympathy–However, they remained behind the bars for more about one and half years and suffered the protracted trial–Sentence of four years is reduced upto three years.
