Rajasthan Land Revenue (Permanent Allotment of Evacuee Agricultural Lands) Rules, 1963–Order passed under the provision–Remedy against–Appeal was filed before R.A.A. and it was transferred to Divisional Commissioner and he dismissed the appeal treating as not maintainable–Merely because the Rules of 1963 do not provide any remedy to the aggrieved person, he cannot be left remediless–In view of the law laid down by this Court, appeal against the order passed by the District Collector is maintainable before RAA–RAA has transferred the appeal to Divisional Commissioner in view of the Notification dated 17.10.2019–Impugned order passed by the Divisional Commissioner set aside and directed him to decide the appeal.
