Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 439(2)–Cancellation of bail–Bail was granted in pursuance of compromise and execution of agreement–Respondent gave five cheques of Rs. 42,50,000/- as per the agreement, but these were dishonoured–Breach of conditions of the agreement–Bail deserves to be cancelled.
