Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Sec. 207–Sec. 207–Scope–Declaration of right of inheritance is a determination of civil or statutory right–Civil Court may decree the relief prayed only if it is first determined that the petitioners are entitled to get the khatedari rights in the suit property–Such jurisdiction vests excusively in Revenue Courts–Civil Court can proceed to decree the relief only after determination of such right.
