Land to Pong Dam Oustees and their Transferees in the Indira Gandhi Canal Colony Area) Rules, 1972–Rule 6(1)–Cancellation of allotment for want of deposit of requisite installments–Order was set aside by RAA–Appeal before BOR–Rejected–Despite the directions for restoration of possession, n action was taken by concerned Tehsildar–He was required to call the petitioners for deposit of requisite installments and interest after passing the order of restoring the allotment–Impugned orders set aside and respondents are directed to permit the petitioners to retain the possession of land subject to payment with 15% annual interest.
