Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 65–Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1998–Secs. 39(e), (a)–Rejection of application u/s. 65 on the ground that the copy of document in question is insufficiently stamped and same cannot be impounded–Document is titled as bechan rasid and containing all requisites of agreement– Held, trial Court rightly hold that it was unsufficienty stamped, however, view that the same cannot be impounded, is not proper–Petitioner is entitled to lead the secondary evidence of document in question after compliance of requirements of Secs. 37 & 39
