Possession–Suit for–Decreed by trial Court holding that the plaintiffs are the owners of the subject property–L executed two Wills–One in favour of K and the other in favour of defendant no. 1–Both the Wills were not proved, therefore, the property vested in L has not been transferred by virtue of these Wills–However, K was the sole legal heir, and he bequeathed the property in favour of ‘SK’ through the Will–This Will was found proved–Defendant no. 1 was having no title and interest in the property–Sale deed executed by him in favour of defendant nos. 2 & 3 could not be held valid–Held, suit was rightly decreed.
