Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 299–Culpable homicide–Essential ingredients of offense–Held death must be caused by doing an act-
(i) With the intention of causing death, or
(ii) With the intention of causing such bodily injury as is likely to cause death, or
(iii) With the knowledge that the doer is likely by such act to cause death.
