Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 500–Cognizance for the offence–Justification–After making the scrutiny of entire film Jolly LLB 2, High Court of Bombay had directed to delete some scenes from the film–After issuing a certificate by the CBFC under the special provisions of the Section 5-A of the Cinematograph Act, a justification in law within Sec. 79 for public display of the film exists and subsequent prosecution is not sustainable–Trial Court was to consider the trailer in context of the entire film–Petitioner is an artist and he has no personal opinion or intention or any ill will against any individual or com-plaintant or the class of lawyers–Impugned order is liable to be quashed and set aside.
