Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 389–Suspension of conviction–Petitioner is working as a constable–Department is going to terminate his service–Once the consequences of the conviction are made known to the Court, the Court is entitled to stay the conviction of petitioner–Ordered accordingly.
