Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302 & 450–Conviction–Informant and eye witness stated that the appellant inflicted axe blow on the neck of deceased–PW 9 & PW 8 also corroborated the same story–Axe was recovered at the instance of appellant and according to the FSL report, blood group of blood found on it was found matched with the blood group of deceased–Cause of death was excessive bleeding and cutting of spinal cord–Held, the conviction was justified.
