Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Secs. 88, 89, 188 & 92A–Revenue suit for declaration of khatedari rights and permanent injunction–Decreed by the R.A.A.–BOR confirmed the findings–Appreciation of–Conclusion of R.A.A. that the names of respondents were reflected in the revenue record and the different ‘Chosala Jamabandi’ which was produced before the Court in evidence showing their predecessors to be the khatedars of land–Further conclusion that the land was wrongly transferred in favour of petitioner U.I.T. and the challenge to impugned order of transfer was accepted earlier–S.D.M. did not consider the important aspect of the matter–Furthermore, the question of jurisdiction was not raised before the R.A.A. in earlier proceedings–Held, no case is made out for interference.
