Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 376 & 450–FIR for the offence–Sustainability–Allegation in the FIR that the appellant maintained the physical relationship with the victim by giving her a false promise of marriage–In the notice issued by the Advocate of the victim, it was admitted that the marriage between the appellant and victim was solemnized on 16.02.2015–The relationship between the appellant and victim was a consensual relationship which culminated in the marriage–Allegation levelled in the FIR is without any basis–FIR deserves to be quashed.
