Industrial Disputes Act, 1947–Sec. 17-B–Application under–Pocket money received by respondent-employee from his wife cannot be considered as a gainful employment for the purpose of Sec. 17-B as the amount of Rs. 500/- per month cannot be said to be sufficient enough to bring the same within the scope of gainful employment–Application is liable to be allowed.
