Allotment–Land was allotted to petitioner-institution free of cost–Thereafter, the notice was issued to acquire 6 bighas 6 biswas land on the ground of breach of condition no. 3 of the patta–Under challenge–Admission of the petitioner in the representation dated 24.11.1980 that land in question was subletted–Therefore, no equity can operate in its favour–Land was allotted to impart selfless education but the petitioner was charging fees from the students–Respondents have duly complied with the directions given by this Court in the earlier writ petition–In the earlier writ petition, the permission to repair and raise the new construction was given to the petitioner at own risk and it will not confer any right in its favour–Blatant violation of conditions–Interference declined.
