Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 91–Prayer to take the call details and location of particular eyewitnesses–Dismissed–This Court would not delve into the discretion of the trial Court–However, it is directed that the call details be preserved and kept in a sealed cover in the custody of Court, to
be used, in case, such requirement is found.
