Compensation–Attendant Charges–No amount was awarded in this head because the appellant was minor at the relevant time and her mother claimed the amount from her govt. service–But now the claimant is major and looking to the nature of injuries, the amount is required to be calculated including the future medical expenses–Amount of Rs. 21,60,000/- is granted for the attendant charges.
