Appropriate Multiplier–Case of personal injuries–Observation of High Court that the claimant has started the practice as an advocate, therefore, future loss of earning was calculated for only ten years, applying the multiplier of 16–It was ignored that the claimant cannot perform the work of advocacy similar to the other advocates by attending the cases in different Courts–Award for future loss for ten years and attendant charge for only twenty years was not justified.
