Sec. 151–Transfer of Property Act, 1882–Sec. 52–Petitioners are the subsequent purchasers of the property in question and are seeking impleadment as respondent party in the suit for receiving the possession and recovery of damage–They acquired a limited interest, subject to the original interest of the plaintiff to contest the suit–It would be appropriate to allow them to array as the party defendant to the suit.
