Rajasthan Prisons (Shortening of Sentence) Rules, 2006–Rule 8(1)–Recommendation for premature release–Rejection on the ground that the prisoner did not report on the scheduled date after the parole of 20 days–Though this is sufficient reason for denying the premature release yet conduct of prisoner was watered down by four subsequent paroles–Prison has suffered the sentence of nine years out of the sentence of ten years–Held,State Government is directed to release him on appropriate conditions.
