Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 6, Rules 14 & 15 r/w. 151–Application for temporary injunction was filed without verification and signatures as envisaged by the provisions of Order 6, Rule 14–Objection–Conclusion of trial Court that provisions of Order 6, Rule 1 are not applicable to the reply of an application under Order 39, Rules 1 & 2–View is not correct, however, the defect is curable and the respondents have already been cured this defect– Petition deserves to be dismissed.
