Fatal Accidents Act, 1855–Sec. 1–Death by electrocution–Compensation–Appellant was duty bound to follow the requirements of Rules 29 & 77(3) of the Electricity Rules–Once it is established that the wires of High Voltage Electricity line were not maintained properly, and wires were very low and loose due to which the deceased got electrocuted, the principles of strict liability and vicarious liability come in play–Findings over the issue of negligence of appellants deserve to be affirmed–Awarded amount is not higher–Interference declined.
