Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 498-A–Proceedings under Quashed by High Court on the ground that the complainant was second wife of accused hence she was not wife within the meaning of Sec. 498-A–Held, impugned order is liable to be set aside inspite of the fact that no appeal was filed by complainant or State.
