Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 73–Scope–For invoking the Section, there must first have been some signatures or writing admitted or proved to the satisfaction of the Court, to have been written or made by that person–The Section empowers the Court to direct any person present in the Court to write any words or figures for the purpose of enabling the Court to compare the words or figures.
