Specific Relief Act, 1963–Sec. 16(c)–Scope–The plaint which seeks the relief of specific performance of the agreement/contract, must contain all requirements of Sec. 16(c) read with requirements contained in the Form No. 47 and 48 of Appendix A of C.P.C.
