Rajasthan Premises (Control of Rent & Eviction) Act, 1950–Sec. 13(1) & (3)–Suit for eviction decreed due to default in payment of rent–Appreciation of–Application u/s. 5 of Limitation Act for condonation of delay in deposit of rent, shows that the appellant committed the default in paying the rent–Defence was liable to be strike out–Held, no interference is required in the concurrent findings of Courts below.
