Criminal Trial–Recovery of blood stained gupti and iron parkhi–Blood group of stains found on them remained inconclusive–Both the weapons were not shown to medical officer who conducted the post mortem of body to ascertain whether injuries found on the body of deceased were inflicted by the said weapons–Further, the weapons were recovered from the house of joint possession–Appellant cannot be connected with the alleged crime–Further more, the prosecution failed to prove that how the injuries sustained by appellant on his hands which were of blunt weapon, could have been caused by these weapons–Declined to accept the prosecution version.
