Guardians & Wards Act, 1890–Secs. 7, 25, 10 & 12–Custody of girl aged of 8 years–She is living with father from the tender age of 21 months–Her desire is to live in company of father–However, the respondent mother was forcibly deprived by the custody of child when she was forced to leave the matrimonial leave–She immediately filed the petition with seeking the custody–Child can be admitted in the school where the respondent-mother is working–Intensity of negative feeling of father towards mother would have obvious effect on psyche of child–Held, custody is given to respondent mother.
