Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996–Sec. 11, 2(b) & 2 (h)–Trust deed including the clause of arbitration–However, it does not satisfy the requirements of Sec. 2(b) & (h)–Trustees and/or beneficiaries are only required to carry out the provisions of the trust deed and there cannot be any agreement inter se trustees or beneficiaries to carry out any such activity.
