Court is not required, if the suit is instituted through the office of AdvocateGeneral–Leave is required only for the private individuals or two or more persons, who otherwise has no locus standi to maintain the suit–Thus, they can be permitted to maintain the suit only in a very narrow scope and upon trial Court comming to a prima facie conclusion that the plaint averments with evidence requiring the defendant or the persons, causing such public nuisance or adverse public effect on account of wrongful acts of them which is required to be redressed by the Court concerned to answer the plaint and face the trial.
