Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 21(1)–Objection as regard to the territorial jurisdiction of Court–It should be raised in the first instance of Court at the earliest possible opportunity–Unless there has been a consequent failure of justice, objection as to the place of the suit cannot be allowed at a later stage.
