Rajasthan Court Fees & Suit Valuation Act, 1961–Sec. 11–Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 11, Rule 11–Provision of Order 11, Rule 11 empowers the Court to entend time for payment of court fees in cases of grave injustice or hardship, yet exemption from payment of prescribed Court fees cannot be granted under any statute–If the plaintiff fails to pay the Court fees, the only course available is to apply to sue as an indigent person.
