Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 6, Rules 1 & 2–Pleadings–Suit as regard to ownership rights of temple with claiming that the plaintiff is Mahant/Pujari or the Manager of temple–Plaintiff was required to plead all necessary details such as whether he claimed the rights of ownership through his forefathers and if so, who were they and whether they constructed the temple with their own resources and, if so, in which year ?–He ought to have pleaded as to on what basis, he was claiming the post of Mahant/Pujari or Manager ?–Suit was liable for rejection at the threshold for want of pleadings–Further, no evidence was adduced by him to prove his legal ownership right over the temple and land–Suit was wrongly decreed.
