Hindu Marriage Act, 1955–Sec. 13(1)(ia)–Divorce on the ground of desertion–Justification–Appellant-wife was turtured for demand of maruti car–Marriage was performed after the custom of ‘look ceremony’–Subsequently taunts were hurled on account of her short height–Further, the post marriage achievements of respondent also appear to be a reason of discontent and disharmony which cannot be attributed on appellant-wife–Sufficient evidence that she came and joined the matrimony when the respondent-husband went to fetch her–No case of desertion by appellant–Impugned decree deserves to be set aside.
