Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959–Sec. 23–While concluding the matter u/s. 23, Assistant Commissioner appointed the petitioners as trustees and entered their names –Commissioner allowed the appeal and set aside the order–Appreciation of–Assistant Commissioner used the excessive powers in declaring the petitioners as trustees–Letters of settler trustee showing that he was only intended the petitioners to work as employees of the trust and his representatives for performing the work of trust–No reason is found for interference in the impugned order of Commissioner.
