Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959–Sec. 20–Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 22, Rule 9(1)–Appeal against the order of Assistant Commissioner can be filed by any interested person and, therefore, the provisions of Order 22, Rule 9(1) CPC would not apply.
