Registration Act, 1908–Sec. 17(1)(b)–Document as regard to transfer of immovable property–Defendant no. 2 was alleged to be executed the document dated 14-01-1972 inter alia assuming that all the properties belonging to her and her husband would not be sold and that the plaintiff would be the sole owner / successor for the same–Document was required to be registered and sans such registration, it can neither be held valid nor it can be led in evidence–Plaintiff’s suit for declaration and possession was wrongly decreed.
