Specific Relief Act, 1963–Sec. 12–Limitation Act, 1963–Sec. 54–Limitation for filing the suit for specific performance is three years which will begin to run–
(i) from the date fixed for performance, or
(ii) if no date is fixed when the plaintiff has noticed that performance is refused.
