Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Secs. 88, 188, 63(1)(4) & 92-A–Decree of suit in favour of private respondents–Perusal of orders passed by the Revenue Authorities and report of Tehsildar shows that the land in question was recorded in name of ancestor B of private respondents and it came to be recorded bilanam during the settlement proceedings–No information or opp-ortuntiy was given to private respondents before changing the classification of land–Revenue entries were changed unauthorisedly–Held, suit was rightly decreed.
