Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959–Secs. 2(9) & 18–Permission to raise the objection to the “person having interest”–It does not necessarily connote and/or establish malpractice on part of Mahant or otherwise, rather such permission enabling the worshipper/beneficiary to raise objections, is significant to the overarching and all, encompassing goal of safeguarding the interest of idol, who cannot sue to its own volition–The bonafides of the such worshipper/beneficiary for raising such an objection ought to be ascertained, especially when such bonafides are contested.
