Electricity Act, 2003–Sec. 43–Restraining order as regards to release of electricity connections–Sustainability–It is the mandate of Sec. 43 that on an application by the owner or occupier of any premises, the Board is required to give supply of electricity of such premises within one month after receipt of application requesting such supply–Case of appellant JVVNL that there is a theft of electricity as there is restraining order passed by learned Single Judge which is resulting in huge losses to JVVNL–Impugned order passed by Single Bench is contrary to the statutory provisions contained in Sec. 43 of the Act–Impugned restriction is quashed.
