Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023–Secs. 85 & 86–Observation made by this Court in the case of Preeti Gupta–The Legislature is requested to look into the issue as highlighted above taking into consideration the pragmatic realities and consider making necessary changes in Secs. 85 & 86 before both the provisions come into force.
