Criminal Trial–Extra judicial Confession–Reliability–The accused-appellant had no proximity of relationship with the witnesses which he would bring his heart out–There was no reason for the accused-appellant to have confessed his felony in the presence of so many known and unknown persons–The circumstances in which the purported confession was given, are not reliable–Further, at the time of confessing, the appellant was in police custody–Extra judicial confession is not in the teeth of the settled position on the aspect.
