Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994–Sec. 97–While allowing the revision and setting aside the pattas issued in favour of respondent nos. 4 & 5, Revisional Authority held that the petitioners were also not entitled for getting the pattas in their favour at village Tipunadi being non-residents of the village–Justification–The direction with respect to the petitioners being not eligible for getting pattas was uncalled, more particularly, when the proper opportunity was not granted to petitioners to show their entitlement–Direction up to this extent deserves to be quashed and set aside.
