Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Sec. 175–Suit under–Allowed–Petitioner purchsed the land from a person who belonged to the scheduled caste category–As per provisions of Sec. 17 of the Limitation Act, the period of limitation is to be counted from the discovery of the date when the respondents came to know of the sale deeds–Further, the petitioner did not challenge the ground of limitation in the original suit, the appellate authority or revisional authority were not required to give any observation on this point–Held, no case is made out for interference.
