Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 498-A & 306–Acquittal from the offence–Trial Court meticulously examined the evidence brought on record and after a prudent discussion, found that the material was not sufficient to convict the respondents–Deceased was not acquainted with the Hindi language and the dying declaration was written in Hindi–Held, no reason is found to disturb the findings of acquittal.
