Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 106–Scope–Once the prosecution proves that it is the deceased and appellant, who were alone in that room and on the next day morning, the dead body of deceased was found, the onus shifts on accused to explain as to what was happened in the night and as to how the
death of deceased was occurred.
