Permanent Injunction–Suit for–Decreed on the ground of unregistered agreement of sale in favour of plaintiff–Sustainability–Unregistered document/agreement of sale was not admissible in evidence–Plaintiff might not succeed in getting the relief of specific performance of such agreement–Plaintiff cannot get the relief indirectly which otherwise he/she cannot get in a suit for substantive relief–She cleverly prayed for the relief of permanent injunction–Held, High Court committed grave error in passing the decree of permanent injunction.
